Generate the json from api kubernetes
From the golang kubernetes client, we should be able to retrieve the roles / clusters roles / binding role as well as the clusters roles binding.
From this list, you can compare with the list provided in the configuration file.
From the sdk, also review the connection to the cluster in order to go through the account service generated in the file (also put a boolean to go from an SA account in the cluster and an external account in the form of a binary that can be put in place in a CICD pipeline)
