How to use?
Create a message
If you want to send a message via a Telegram bot, then you can do it as follows.
// Create a new message
message, err := gotelegrambot.CreateMessage("[J&J Notification][🟠Warning] Es sind 55 Einträge in der API verzeichnet wurden.", "-1234567", "Markdown", "14241124214:ASDJSKALFSIfjewqrfew234123")

Get updates
If you want to view the updates, you can do that with the following function.
