RFPM (Random Fair Preemption Model) is absolutely fair to all clients who request to preempt resources. The model completely avoids the problem of “first come first served” unfair preemption of resources due to network delays, even for clients who request late, but there are still resources to seize, and there is a two-way random selection between resources and clients, so fairness is shared between the server and the client.

随机公平抢占模型（Random Fair Preemption Model）对于所有请求抢占资源的客服端是绝对公平的。模型中完全避免了由于网络延迟造成“先到先得”的不公平抢占资源问题，即使晚请求的客户端依然有资源可抢，“资源——客服端”之间是双向随机选择，因此公平化被服务端和客服端分摊。
