Reduce noise output to stdout to allow for piping and output redirection
Currently, most of the subcommands output a lot of 'noise' to standard output. This prevents users from creating compositions such as
pakket list > packagelist. It might be a good idea to print strictly necessary information to stdout. Some information can also be printed to stderr. -
fix: empty directories are not copied
In case of the openssl package (where I found the bug): I need the PREFIX/ssl/certs directory (which is empty by default), but it is not copied due it being empty.
